Elevation Church's Branding

As a Communication Studies student, I am researching Elevation Church and their unique marketing and branding strategies as a church. With a massive social media reach, and hundreds of thousands of followers, the church is growing rapidly and has planted several other "extensions." However, what I am interested in is whether their branding and marketing that caters to hundreds of thousands of people is lacking any key components of the Christian Gospel. What I have found so far is that they seem to paraphrase Scripture in nearly every post that mentions a bible verse. Additionally, most posts that mention God are inspirational, motivational, and focused on the self, rather than on God. There is a lot about seeing what God can do for you rather than what you can do to serve Him. This is not to say that this church completely wrong, but it is interesting to see how the message of the Gospel is changed and modified in order to cater to a very broad audience on social media.
