Adult without a job

1.      As a junior in college, I am surrounded by my peers accepting career and internship opportunities for the future. However, I am struggling to find balance between what I want to do in life, versus what will earn me more money. I am incredibly hesitant to apply to an “adult job” for fear of being sucked into working a job that I dislike. I live 30 minutes away from D.C., so many job offers near my house are located in the city. The thought of having to wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning, traveling on public transportation, and wearing business clothes every day sounds like my kind of hell. While I am still unsure of what I will be doing this summer, and especially once I graduate, I hope to find some kind of path that will lead me to an occupation that will not only pay me enough to live off of (I do like eating…) but will also be something that I have a passion for and will want to wake up and go to every day.
