White Snakeroot is a plant that killed Abraham Lincoln's mother.  It does not look poisonous but can kill someone without them even touching it.  Animals like cows graze on this plant if it is in a field and the plant gets into their system, including the milk.  If people drink the poisoned milk from this cow, they will become very ill and potentially die.  It looks like a normal flower in a field but has deadly effects if ingested.  This just proves that even innocent looking flowers can be harmful if not studied.  People have to be careful out in nature because what they do not know could definitely kill them.
